Your satisfaction matters to us at Pillowle. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we have made the return and refund process as straightforward as possible.
Who This Policy Covers This policy covers all orders shipped and delivered to addresses within the United States.
How Long You Have to Return Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. We are unable to process requests submitted after this window.
What We Need From You Returned items must arrive in unused condition with all original packaging intact. Please also include your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use or arrive without packaging may not qualify.
What Cannot Be Returned Gift cards, clearance items, and any product explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from our return policy.
Starting Your Return Reach out to our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a brief reason for the return.

We will send you return instructions from there. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.
Getting Your Refund After we receive and review your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to process the transaction on their end.
Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return resulted from our error.
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund β whichever you prefer β at no cost to you.
Canceling an Order If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, the return process applies.
