At Pillowle, we take care to make sure every order reaches you in great condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing Orders are typically prepared and handed to our carrier within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping to the United States We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after your order has been processed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

All orders ship free β€” no minimum required.

Order Cut-Off Time Orders submitted before 5:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be picked up for processing on the following business day.

Carriers We Work With Depending on your location and order details, your package may be shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or UniUNI. Carrier selection is made based on availability and destination.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

Changing or Canceling an Order If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pillowle.com or +1 315-352-8744. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.

Damaged or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please reach out within 48 hours of the delivery date. Keep all original packaging and include photos where possible so we can resolve the matter quickly.
